MoPSeq-DB is an initiative started in 2021 by the Marine Invertebrate Health Adaptation Unit of French Research Institute for Exploitation of the Sea (IFREMER), as part of the missions of the European Union Reference Laboratory for diseases of marine molluscs and the National Reference Laboratory for diseases of bivalve molluscs, with the support of the European Commission.

This is currently the version 1.1.0.
